listed below to ride the church bus to Vacation Bible school on May 31 – June 4.

 

I understand that Desert View Baptist Church, its driver or other members are not liable for any accidents, or the behavior of the children.

 

 I also understand that if my child’s behavior is inappropriate on the bus, they will be denied the privilege of riding bus.

 

I understand that the bus will not run after dark and I am responsible for their transportation home at 8:30 pm.
